| The shipping rates for the items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be totaled and rounded up to the next full pound. |
| When will my order arrive? |

For
all in-stock items, allow three business days for order processing.
Add these three days to the UPS delivery time, considering the
shipping option you selected, to estimate the date your package
is due to arrive.

For example, if you select Standard Shipping for U.S. shipments, your
total delivery time will be 6 to 10 business days, depending on where
you live. Three (3) days (order processing) + 3 to 7 days (UPS shipping time). |

| Signature Requirements for Delivery |
|
We
are unable to instruct shipping companies on how or when to leave
packages at the shipping address. It is customarily the driver's
discretion to require a signature. UPS generally requires a signature
in the following cases:
The package is being delivered
to an apartment, condominium, or business complex. The
package's contents are valued at more than $150. The driver feels it isn't a safe place to leave a package. If you
are not likely to be home when the package arrives, you might
leave a note asking the driver to leave the package with a neighbor
or building manager. If you want to redirect the package to your
business address, you can call UPS at (800) PICK-UPS. Please be
sure to have your tracking number handy. |
